Your literary analysis should be approximately 5 to 6 pages. You should choose an author that we have studied so far in this class and one of their works of literature. Create a thesis statement for your analysis and prove it through examining plot structure and literary devices. You may use 2 – 4 sources ( not including the actual text) – citing them all within the text of the paper and including them in a works cited paper. If you quote from the text – and you should – you must cite properly and include that text in the works cited. Your thesis statement and outline must be submitted and approved before you turn in the final paper. This will be due by midnight on Monday, June 27th.
