Patient has been using Heroin and Fentanyl at the age of 20 and has been drinking a pint of hard liquor since he was 18 years old. Pt has been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and paranoia schizophrenia, which has increased since he stop taking his medications 6 days ago.
