Create three SMART goals that include the following criteria:
SMART goals must be specific (S), measurable (M), achievable (attainable) (A), relevant (R), and time-based (T).
One SMART goal must demonstrate how you will build relationships with your learners within your instructional setting.
One SMART goal must demonstrate how you will build positive social change that helps learners examine multiple perspectives within your instructional setting.
One SMART goal must demonstrate how you will implement a CRT strategy within your instructional setting.
Under each SMART goal you develop, explain why you chose that SMART goal and what you hope to achieve.
