(Is an urology center. Quality assurance, utilization review. Following established clinical guidelines based on evidence and based on medicine. All employees are trained on equity and diversity.)
2. What types of jobs are necessary to ensure the effective operation of the organization? (Urinary control management, hematura evaluation)
3. So far what are your thoughts on this experience ? ( shadowing doctor, assisting in prostate evaluation, biopsy, on-site surgeries like vasectomy and others, listening to doctor patient Evaluation)
4. Describe your job including task you must perform, the skills you need, the equipment you must use? (I assist, help in the office, shadow doctor, I use ultrasound, scope sterilization, patient lab management etc. )
