Using at least one source from a .gov, one source from a scholarly journal, and one .edu site, examine this phenomenon. Why are online colleges becoming more popular? What are the potential flaws with this modality? What are the strengths? Why would a person choose online versus face-to-face modalities? What kind of resources, both software and Internet-based tools facilitate online learning and why?
