Research Title: “The Impact of Social Media Marketing & Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention: UAE’s Consumers Perspective Post COVID-19 in the Food & Beverage Industry”
Introduction:
This paper attempts to conduct interviews for the research titled “The Impact of Social Media Marketing & Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention: UAE’s Consumers Perspective Post COVID-19 in the Food & Beverage Industry”. The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of social media marketing and brand awareness on UAE consumers’ purchase intentions in the food and beverage industry post COVID-19 and to respond to the query of how social media marketing and brand awareness affected the food and beverage industry between enterprises and their customers. Three research questions were developed after reviewing the existing literature on the area. The data collection technique for this paper was semi-structured interviews, three participants were interviewed who were three business owners in Abu Dhabi city having more than 15 years of experience in the market of food and beverage industry in UAE. The methodology adopted for the research was qualitative which allowed to collect in-depth data.
