This case study focuses on some of the issues that may arise while planning an EHR implementation. The issues described in this case apply to topics discussed in this module such as barriers to implementing IT systems. You are to read Case 1: “Population Health Management in Action” in chapter 14 in the textbook. Answer the three discussion questions presented after the case. You are to use a minimum three outside references to support your answers. My preference is for you to use peer-reviewed journal articles as your reference, but I will allow you to use other sources that may have innovative solutions. Although I am not requiring you to uses full APA format for this assignment, please submit your responses in Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced. Your responses are expected to be error-free, grammatically correct, and well supported by your references. Be concise and to the point on you responses.
