Students will demonstrate their ability to organize and conceptualize
client information collected in the field internship by writing a
Biopsychosocial-Spiritual Assessment. Each student will utilize the
format below to present, in a concise and organized fashion, the data
collected from their interaction with the client system used in your
process recording assignment in the field internship (described above).
All client identifying information must be disguised and all issues of
client confidentiality must be strictly observed.
