A supervisor can foster output enhancement
for the workers in the following ways: bonding with the staff during lunch
breaks and providing other perks to motivate them. Second is the ability to
hear them out and act on their issues decisively.
3. Discuss
how a supervisor can foster team building in the workplace.
A supervisor can promote team building in
the organization by creating team bonding activities on sports day held every
Saturday of the month. It will help to cultivate team cohesion and sustain
productive relationships.

3. Describe the various

management setting.
