DP#1: In my opinion professional use of social media is not a complicated conversation. Everyone’s job , no matter the field, would either benefit or not benefit from social media happenings. To stay relevant in the age of technology, likes and algorithms are what major companies ride to success. Unfortunately in today’s age monitoring your social media footprint in our society is almost more important than the business you manage or the quality of product you develop. An environment of professional social media usage has a company from its lowest paid employee to its CEO echoing a positive and productive voice through their social media footprint.
Communicating professionally with usage of social media include posts , tweets , videos ,snapchat videos , private messages , encrypted messages or creating online events. Depending on what your goal is would dictate your method. I feel it’s important to just remember what your goal is when communicating with someone or a group of people on social media. Just be as professional as you would be if this person was in front of you and you would be displaying steady professionalism. Also it would be important that responding to someone timely and answering all their questions would also be professional. Your communication if you’re a company or cooperation should be “Always purpose-driven and always pursues corporate goals. Therefore, it must be planned and controlled.” (How To Communicate On Social Media For Business And Marketing) This in my opinion speaks to just how straightforward and to the point any communication should be on social media. Anything outside the professional goals you’re trying to accomplish are just not professional and leaning towards inappropriate professionally.
Many companies have used social media for advertising but some have used it strategically for their advantage. Jetblue is one company that takes twitter usage to a professional level. Instead of being on the phone with a robot waiting for hours , Jetblue “Uses its handles to provide fast and easy customer service”. (11 Companies That Are Killing It with Their Digital Marketing Campaigns) To me I found this the most productive a company could use its social media footprint to interact with its consumers. Jetblue handles its customer service issues on its Twitter page , good and bad it’s all laid out on its Twitter page , and ironically they do not just promote themselves on their page. Overall I’m a fan of this because I appreciate full transparency.

DP#2: “I believe a professional use of social media is keeping a good image for yourself, like one would do in the workplace, online. Just how one would portray themselves to their coworkers, or at a public work event. Monitoring your social media presence, ensuring you are in no way reflecting on yourself negatively professionally or personally.
Some ways to communicate professionally on social media are being aware of the thing posted about you (by either yourself or others,) utilizing security settings on the media platforms, and managing your time online wisely. (Perrine, 2021)
A company that has a great social media presence is Wendy’s. The social media team primarily works off of Twitter, and they have used a different take on their presence online than other companies would. Wendy’s social media likes to “beef” with their competition, or make slick jokes, tease, and take to roasting them. (McCall, 2022) Primarily this method was used to appeal to the younger generation and has been a hit. In turn to this, Wendy’s team also uses Twitter’s conversational style platform to openly communicate with their customers, and quickly address any customer complaints. (McCall, 2022) With this, they can ensure they can provide even better service to customers off of a popular social media platform, as well as get great publicity from their social media presence.

DP#3:Hello everyone! My experience with infection control has a lot to do with COVID these past years. I was my hand on the regular, wear a mask anywhere I go, and I get tested every week. Since COVID has started I have been working from home since March 2020. Me working from home really helps with infection because I don’t go anywhere besides my house. I also have my groceries either delivered or picked up so I don’t go into the store. Since I don’t have to go out it has really helped with the infection rate as well. I also have a 14 year old who is in highschool and he was in remote learning for a long time. He is just now going to in person school but they are taking all of the necessary precautions as well such as hand washing, hand sanitizer, and testing every week.

A medical protocol is considered to be a set of predetermined criteria that define appropriate nursing interventions that articulate or describe situations in which the nurse makes judgments relative to a course of action for effective management of common patient care problems.
Data used to assess healthcare quality are available from many sources, including administrative data, claims data, patient medical records①, electronic clinical data, registries, standardized patient assessments, patient – reported data and surveys, and chief complaint data. Some examples include: body fluid tests – such as blood tests and urine tests. non-invasive scans – such as x-ray examinations, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound and computed tomography (CT).
