In this task, you will develop a professional growth plan by identifying and elaborating on two long-term goals that will help you address a need or challenge within your instructional practice. You will break both of your long-term goals into smaller short-term goals and actionable steps that will help you achieve them.
Your submission must be your original work. b. Identify three measurable short-term goals that will be instrumental in helping you achieve the long-term goal from part B1.
i. Outline the actionable steps that you can take to achieve the short-term goals from part B1b.
ii. Provide a timeline for the steps you outlined in part B1bi, including a specific number of days or hours for the completion of each step.
2. Identify a second measurable long-term professional goal to address the need or challenge in part A.
Note: All long-term goals and short-term goals should address and identify the professional growth opportunities that you will engage in to improve your professional practice as an educator to better meet the student learning need or challenge in part A. Consider how you will grow in your practice to address the student need.

C. Explain how making and achieving long- and short-term goals can help you to continually improve your instructional practice.
D. Acknowledge sources, using APA-formatted in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.
E. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
