How ready you are to assume a leadership role

This culminating assignment encompasses different components. The purpose of this assignment is to think critically about the course readings, presentations, and self-assessments in order to reflect on your own leadership development and construct a viable plan to address areas of growth in leadership.
The components of the Leadership Portfolio include:
Part One: Introduction/personal philosophy of Leadership. (3-5 slides and 5 minutes of narration)
Part Two: Results of the self-assessments completed during the course modules. (5 slides and 5 minutes of narration)
Part Three: A critical reflection of your strengths and weaknesses as a leader based on the results of the leadership self-assessments. (3-5 slides and 5 minutes of narration)
Part Four: Leadership Workplace Implementation: Explain how you will implement your leadership philosophy and strengths in your specific workplace. (3-5 slides and 5 minutes of narration)
It is essential that you cite extensively throughout your presentation from the Hickman and Northouse texts. Each slide for Parts1-3 must include a citation.
