This paper should discuss the history of Eugenics or forced sterilization and how it has impacted the victims of the State of North Carolina. Also students should apply moral, intellectual and ethical dilemmas in their discussion about Eugenics. Students should also apply those legal concepts learned in Health Law and Ethics that would prohibit the scientific practice of Eugenics today.
