This assignment is a follow up to the “Ms. Lear” scenario used for the Week 6 Assignment. Mr. Ring wants you to write a few pieces of correspondence on his behalf (and for his signature):
(a) a demand letter directed to the Insure-all Corporation, 123 Main Street, Dover, Delaware 012345;
(b) a transmittal email to opposing counsel (Ms. Lucille Flabbergast), with whom Mr. Ring has worked as occasionally over the course of the past nine years; and
(c) a letter to Ms. Lear about the current status of her case.
All three pieces of correspondence should be written in accordance with the recommended resources provided in the Week 7 Contents, and bundled together into a single packet; they should be prepared in Microsoft Word, with one inch margins and 12 point font (Times New Roman).
